About the Club
C&R is a long-established mixed club with a membership of various ages. We have a reputation for playing to a high standard whilst still maintaining the traditions of etiquette and sportsmanship that characterise curling. New Member Policy The playing positions are fixed at the beginning of the season. New members are positioned taking known ability into account. The Club has a separate competition that allows teams to rotate playing position so giving everyone a chance to play at a higher or lower position. Social Events The club holds an annual AGM and dinner. A summer putting event also takes place. Actively Seeking New Members Yes - However the club tends to suit more experienced curlers. |
