On Saturday 2nd February Ten teams turned up to play for the coveted Braehead Pairs trophy. The teams were split into two sections with each team playing against the other four teams in their section. The format was adapted from The RCCC rules with each player only playing three stones. This allowed each game to be completed within 60 minutes. The winner of each section would then have a play off to decide the overall winner and the team who would then go forward to represent Braehead at The Scottish finals being held in March at North West Castle in Stranraer.
